Return & Refund Policy for Candi's Creations
All Sales Are Final
All items in Candi's Creations Collections are handmade, and all sales are final. However, a small selection of non-handmade items sourced from third-party distributors can be returned within 1 days if they meet the following conditions:

Item Condition: Unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Upon approval, CUSTOMER will provide the shipping costs to return item/items to the above address with instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
NO Refunds for Special Orders which Includes All Unique Gifts and Jewelry
As our creations are unique, we do not offer standard refunds. How Ever Damages & Order Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at CandisCreations26@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue. If this is the case and you are unsatisfied within 24 hours of delivery, and you contact us right away.
You’ll have 24 hours from the time shipment was delivered to make sure Item is paid for and shipping back to me within the 24 hour time frame. Failure to follow this timeframe will void refund eligibility.
We allow returns meeting these strict criteria only for a full refund or exchange. Once items are received within the restrictions ABOVE THAN allow 10 business days for your credit card to be fully processed on our end. But, please allow up to 15 business days for your credit card company to complete the refund processing.

EU Customers - 14 Day Cooling Off Period
For EU orders, customers have 14 days to cancel or return orders, provided items are in original condition with tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Customers will be responsible for shipping products back in the exact condition it was shipped from our fulfillment center.
